Placing an Order
Please place your order directly through our website, where we process payments with PayPal. To use PayPal you simply need a a major credit card. PayPal account holders have additional payment options.
If you have a problem with a transaction, please email or call 805-566-0310 to let us know. We will respond to you within 2 business days.
Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Please contact us for expedited shipping rates via FedEx.
We ship to U.S. addresses only. Orders sent to California addresses will include a 8.75 percent sales tax.
Returns and Exchanges and Cancellations
Please make your merchandise selections carefully as all sales are final. We can accept items for return only if they are defective. Please report any defective items within 7 days of receipt. We will send a replacement once the item is returned to us, or issue a credit your account, as you prefer. If you have any questions or concerns about items you would like to order, please contact us and we will gladly supply the information you need to make your choice.
Workshop Reservations may be canceled for a full refund up to 7 days prior to the event. If you find that you need to cancel within one week of the workshop, we will offer you a reserved place at an upcoming workshop, dependent upon availability.

We respect your privacy and do not share your personal information with anyone. We collect only the information needed to process and ship your orders, to provide customer service, and to analyze and improve the summerland mercantile shopping experience. We may also use this information to contact you about sales, special offers or new features on this site.
